Facilitation Role: NriDocs is a private entity that acts as a Representative and Facilitator. We are NOT an agent of any Government Office, Department, or Authority.
Our Scope: We provide professional review, document preparation, and application management to expedite your requests through proper channels.
Authority Disclaimer: The final decision regarding approvals, rejections, or specific timelines rests solely with the concerned Government/Institutional authority.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
Age Requirement: By using this Website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. NriDocs is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access; however, you may be held liable for losses incurred by NriDocs due to such unauthorized use.
Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information always.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Fraudulent Activity: Submitting fake, altered, or manipulated documents. This will result in immediate cancellation without refund and potential legal reporting.
System Abuse: Using automated systems (robots, spiders, scrapers) to access the website or interfering with the website's infrastructure.
Circumvention: Attempting to bypass the NriDocs fee structure or recruiting our service professionals for independent business outside of this platform.
Discriminatory Content: Posting any material that is racially, ethnically, or culturally offensive, as per Indian Law.
4. Document Processing & Timelines
Estimated Timelines: All timelines provided are estimates based on historical data. NriDocs is not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, government holidays, official backlogs, or institutional vacations.
Format Compliance: Documents are issued in the format determined by the respective University or Authority. NriDocs cannot modify these official structures.
Additional Requests: Issuing authorities may request supplementary documentation at any stage. Failure to provide these within the stipulated timeframe may result in case closure.
5. Intellectual Property & Submitted Content
License to Use: By submitting content (documents, feedback, suggestions) to our platform, you grant NriDocs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and reformat such content for the purpose of fulfilling your service request.
Suggestions: Any suggestions for website improvement provided to NriDocs are considered non-confidential and become the property of Ace NRIDesk Services LLP.
6. Payment, Debt Recovery & Legal Action
Full Payment: Services will only be finalized once all dues are cleared.
Non-Payment Penalties: If final payments remain outstanding for more than seven (7) days, NriDocs reserves the right to:
oFile a formal complaint with the Credit Bureau.
oInitiate legal recovery proceedings through the appropriate jurisdictional channels.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback without prior consultation with our support team is considered a breach of contract. We will dispute fraudulent chargebacks with full proof of service initiation.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
No Warranty: The Website and Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. NriDocs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of content provided by third-party authorities.
Logistics: NriDocs is not liable for the loss or damage of documents once handed over to third-party courier services.
8. Modifications to Agreement
